In case the product does not satisfy you, you can return it within 14 days from the date of the first attempt to deliver the order. Changes and returns are made only if the returned product is in excellent condition with their labels and original packaging. Returns are not accepted on customized products. Elizabeth LaGre reserves the right to refuse returns that are not authorized and/or not shipped in accordance with the return terms detailed in this return policy. In case of unauthorized or unacceptable returns, the products will be returned to the shipping address of the original order.

The shipping costs for the change of the product, both in Greece and abroad, are borne by the customer. If for any reason you do not make a change to the product or do not choose to keep a credit balance and wish a refund, then shipping costs are excluded from the refund. If the return of the product was ordered with free shipping costs, shipping costs are excluded from the return.

If the product is defective, shipping costs are borne by our company. All our products are checked before shipment. However, we suggest that the products be checked as soon as you receive them and inform us within five (5) days of receipt, in case of a defective product to ensure its replacement. After these days, returns of defective products cannot be accepted.

Refunds are made within 14 calendar days from the day we receive the product.  The product is the responsibility of the customer until it reaches us. For your own protection, we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods.

The return of the product must include the proof of purchase and the return form that you will find in the package with the information required to make the product change.

In case of change, the new product will be sent to the address you stated in your original order. For any change in shipping details, please contact us via email at [email protected] or by phone at +30 2610990556.

Returned items should be sent to the address indicated on the original package you received.

Important Note: We do not accept any return that is not authorized.  Final sale products cannot be returned or exchanged.
